CRL200MC is a high-speed and high-precision CNC turning center, equipped with dual electric spindles, twelve-position servo power tool holders, high-rigidity roller column linear guides, featuring Y-axis function and dual C-axis function, capable of performing turning and milling operations on workpieces. It is particularly suitable for processing where all or most operations can be completed in a single setup. Detailed description: 1) Adopting flat bed frame and inclined saddle structure, the internal reinforcement is optimized using 3D design software to improve the stiffness and stability of large components and the entire machine. The bed frame, saddle, and slide board materials are made of high-strength cast iron, with two tempering treatments to eliminate stress, resulting in high strength and good vibration absorption, effectively suppressing deformation and vibration caused by cutting forces. 2) The spindle box and auxiliary spindle box adopt an electric spindle structure with high spindle speed, good rigidity, and fast dynamic response, which improves the accuracy of machining roundness and surface quality. The row-type dual-electric spindle structure allows for workpiece exchange under high-speed rotation, and when combined with a 12-position servo tool holder, it can achieve the processing of all or most processes of workpieces, significantly reducing setup and machining time and improving machining efficiency. Dual-C-axis functionality enables workpiece indexing and surface interpolation processing on either spindle. 3) The guide rail pair of X, Y, Z and W adopts linear roller guide rail pair, with small dynamic and static friction force. The rapid movement can reach 30/10/30/30m/min in X/Y/Z/W directions. 4) The machine tool thermal error compensation function can monitor the overall temperature change of the machine tool at any time, and make intelligent correction to the machine tool processing parameters, so as to improve the stability of the machine tool processing. 5) The tool holder adopts the integrated BMT twelve-position servo power tool tower, which has good rigidity, fast tool change speed and high precision. 6) It has Y-axis function and transverse and longitudinal milling function. It can complete the compound machining of workpiece outer circle, end face turning, milling, drilling and tapping in one clamping, which avoids multiple clamping errors and ensures the accuracy of workpiece. It is particularly advantageous for the processing of complex workpieces. 7) The roller column guide rail and ball screw pair adopt central automatic oil lubrication, and each node is equipped with a quantitative oil separator to inject oil into each lubrication point at regular time and quantity, so as to ensure uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reduce friction resistance, improve the movement accuracy, and ensure the service life of the ball screw pair and guide rail. 8) The electrical unit cabinet of the machine tool has good sealing, and the air conditioning of the electrical cabinet ensures that the numerical control system works normally in the high temperature and high humidity environment of the machine tool. 9) The machine tool structure is compact and the area is small. 10) The machine tool adopts a new type of protective equipment that meets safety standards, which is aesthetically pleasing and fully enclosed, preventing coolant splashing while ensuring operational safety and a pleasant appearance. Protective covers are provided on all guides to prevent chips and coolant from entering the internal parts of the machine tool, thus protecting the guides and ball screws from wear and corrosion. 11) The chip extractor has a large conveying capacity, low noise, and is equipped with an overload protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation suitable for various material chips and shavings. During processing, iron chips fall directly onto the bed frame, and the large inclined internal structure of the bed frame allows the iron chips to slide smoothly to the chain plate at the bottom of the machine tools chip extractor. The chain plate is driven by the chip extractor motor, which transports the chips to the chip extraction trolley.
